土地銀行6日邀集參與遠雄建設「U-Town」聯貸案的8家銀行開會討論，經銀行團初步研商，由於此案為專款專用，資金用途及還款財源明確，加上目前工程進度如期進行，因此，初步共識，由銀行團各參貸行依其內部程序報核通過後，繼續辦理此聯貸案後續事宜。

土銀表示，8家銀行辦理遠雄建設「U-Town」聯貸案，經6日初步研商，此案為專款專用，資金用途及還款財源明確，加上目前工程進度如期進行，初步共識，考量銀行團債權確保及購屋者權益，在借款人同意提供相當的債權加強機制下，由銀行團各參貸行依其內部程序報核通過後，繼續辦理此聯貸案後續事宜。

不過，土銀說，後續還有桃園A7合宜住宅、遠雄九五等聯貸案也要與銀行團討論，但對於原有案子，銀行傾向持續撥款，除考量銀行自身債權，對於購屋者的權益也要考慮，如果工程因此中斷停止，對於購屋者也是不公平。

土銀也強調，將依聯貸案合約規範，善盡管理銀行的責任與義務，以確保銀行團權益，並履行企業社會責任，以創造購屋者、社會大眾及銀行團三贏的結果。
