在與朋友逛街時，16歲的艾米莉‧克拉克(Emily  Clark)近日發現她最心愛的牛仔褲突然變緊了。接著，她感覺到自己的腹部出現兩個腫塊，隨後立即去醫院檢查，被診斷為非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤。

環球網據英國《每日郵報》報導，據悉，此種疾病需及時發現治療，不然會有生命危險。經過四個月大劑量的化療，愛米莉的病情已得到了緩解。艾米莉說：『感謝這條變緊的牛仔褲，它挽救了我的生命。』

現在，艾米莉建立了自己的公益網站，鼓勵更多的人捐獻骨髓和血液，為慈善機構募捐。
