標題[問題] 報到新工作需填切結書問題

最近小魯應徵上一家公司 他們給了一些切結書+報到需呈繳資料 報到呈繳資料就跟一般公司繳的差不多 身分證學歷那些玩意～～ 但需簽名切結書部分是第一次遇到 想請問各位大大是不能簽或是小題大作了 第一個有問題的是【加班同意書】 出現這張是正常的嗎？ 還是簽了加班加到飽？ 第二個是【保密切結書】 其中條文包含：任職研發或擁有專業技術業務，離職後"兩年內"不得於 同種類廠商或公司從事相同性質工作。 難道我累積了經驗 辭職不能繼續走同產業 要找其他產業自動歸零年資經驗？ 以上兩點疑問 還麻煩大大門開示 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.231.165.54 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402491122.A.8EA.html
