世界盃熱潮來襲，商家無不出盡奇招搶搭世足熱潮，但要小心廣告文宣侵權，因FIFA（國際足總）有相當嚴格且繁瑣的規定，官方的LOGO、字樣以及SLOGAN未經授權皆不可隨意引用。

FIFA在世界盃期間，提供一份相關規章，2014年巴西世界盃的圖騰以及吉祥物的圖樣，都不能在有商業用途的文宣上使用，包括各大主題餐廳揪團看球的海報。

此外本屆巴西世界盃的官方SLOGAN〝All in one rhythm〞也是受保護的產權之一，不得於宣傳文宣上使用，連同世界盃冠軍獎盃的圖案也在禁用的範圍內。

較為嚴格的一項規定是，〝2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil 〞〝2014 FIFA World Cup 〞〝FIFA World Cup 〞皆不得於網站、雜誌與任何文宣上作商業用途。

中華足協表示，FIFA私下提醒，在足協官方粉絲團上，發現餐廳相關宣傳海報上，出現世界盃官方LOGO，已屬侵權，足協也在第一時間告知相關店家。

足協指出，FIFA並未提到侵權是否採取法律動作，僅提醒希望能尊重智慧財產權。
