日本外務省事務次官齋木昭隆今天召見中國大陸駐日本大使程永華，就雙方軍機在東海上空貼近飛行提出「嚴重抗議」。但陸媒報導，這項抗議遭程永華「駁回」。

新華社報導，程永華向齋木表示，這次東海空域出現的緊張事態「完全是日方飛機對中方飛機採取危險動作造成的」。

程永華表示，日本「罔顧事實」，對大陸橫加指責，還透過媒體公開炒作，大肆渲染「中國威脅」。大陸對此堅決反對，並提出強烈抗議，要求日本採取措施防止再次發生類似事件。

他引述大陸軍方資訊說，11日上午10時許，日本自衛隊2架飛機對中共空軍在東海防空識別區內正常飛行的一架圖-154飛機，實施「跟蹤監視和干擾」，距離最近僅30公尺，「嚴重威脅中方軍機的飛機安全」。

程永華提到，當時，針對這2架飛機在東海防空識別區內進行偵察活動，正在東海上空執勤的中共空軍2架殲-11戰鬥機「奉命進行跟蹤監視」，與日本飛機距離分別有150及200公尺。(中央社)
