新北市政府衛生局今天公布，上半年查辦違規食品廣告255件，違規內容以「減肥瘦身」最多，其次是「美顏豐胸」。

衛生局表示，根據統計，上半年查辦違規食品廣告255件，共處新台幣163萬元罰鍰。其中，超過6成以網路為銷售平台，分別是網路購物占65%及電視購物20%最多。

衛生局表示，因民眾宅經濟消費提升，也推升了網路違規廣告的比例。都依違反食品安全衛生管理法宣稱不實、誇張及易生誤解廣告，裁處4 萬元以上 400萬元以下罰鍰。

衛生局表示，分析違規廣告宣稱效能以「減肥瘦身」的86件最多，占總數的34%，其次「美顏豐胸」46件，占18%，第3名是「心血管疾病」26件，占10%。

衛生局指出，一般及健康食品均無法達到減肥瘦身或改善疾病的功效，因此，凡廣告內容太神奇的，都需提高警覺，以免損了荷包又傷了身體。(中央社)
