標題[問題] i5-4200u 核心速度上不去

廠牌:toshiba 型號:l40-a 購入日期:2013/11 距上次使用正常時間: OS版本:win8.1 平常作業內容: 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 問題內容: i5-4200u無論怎樣燒機使用率都無法破40%,速度也卡在0.798GHZ 電源設定調過,BIOS找過EIST,C1E都找不到沒得關 除了下載第三方程式ThrottleStop關閉EIST,C1E 之外還有其他正常解法嗎?不想用奇怪的第三方程式啊... 重灌當然試過啦...!!沒用 還是要拉高倍頻? 詳細情況像這樣 http://i.imgur.com/9BfDc8A.gif
