俄裝甲車越境　遭烏克蘭軍方砲擊

根據路透最新外電消息指，烏克蘭軍方發言人表示當地時間14日晚，俄國裝甲部隊越過邊境進入烏克蘭，即遭軍方追蹤，烏克蘭軍隊遂而開火，摧毀俄國裝甲車。

另一方面，俄羅斯總統普丁14日訪問克里米亞地區時表示，俄羅斯將維護自己的利益，但不想因此和西方國家樹敵。報導稱，普丁數月來一直對烏克蘭危機持強硬立場，上述談話顯示出和解傾向。

報導指出，烏克蘭危機導致俄羅斯與西方之間的關係降至冷戰結束以來最差，普丁在克里米亞向俄羅斯部長們與國會議員講話，其用詞非常低調，並且避免使用危機期間針對西方的冷嘲熱諷。

普丁表示「我們要團結並動員起來，但這並非為了戰爭或任何形式的對抗，而是為了俄羅斯努力工作，俄羅斯將竭盡所能，儘快結束烏克蘭的衝突和流血。」（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
