春水堂因使用鄭記油蔥酥致部份產品下架，該店今天下午三點半將開記者會，但已初步擬出補償措施，發出聲明指出，該公司完全沒有使用強冠、全統或芳福之劣質油品，所採用之油品皆為檢驗合格之廠商，請消費者安心。
 
有關「鄭記油蔥酥」疑似用油疑慮，該公司於知悉後，立即主動通報台中市衛生局，並且進行預防性自主下架與停止供應作業。對於此次因供應商所造成之疑慮，我們替產品把關不良致歉。並強調其三十一年來對品質要求嚴格，愛惜羽毛，對本次廠商物料事件深感震驚、並且痛心遺憾。將保留對供應廠商的損害賠償與法律追訴權。
 
為感謝消費者的關懷與支持，自明起至周五，連續三天至全台春水堂內用消費餐飲皆享有原價之半價優惠。
 
店家表示，會以優惠而非退費的處理，主要是因為並非使用到有問題的油品（沒用全統或芳福的油），會在第一時間下架商品，主要是顧及消費者對鄭記所供應油蔥酥的疑慮。（黃任膺／台中報導）
