暫代交長 陳建宇：研究改善高鐵新方案

高鐵財改案未過關，交通部長葉匡時請辭獲准，由交通部政務次長陳建宇暫代。陳建宇說，會研究改善高鐵新方案。

陳建宇說，因原先提出的高鐵財改案不被立委接受，將研究是否有另一套方案，也不排除調整原有財改案。

陳建宇表示，無論是何種方案，都會強調全民最大利益。

高鐵公司財務結構惡化，瀕臨破產，交通部原先力推的財改案，是透過減資、增資及延長40年特許期，並由泛公股主導，讓高鐵永續經營。

不過，延長40年特許期被立委認為過長，擔心圖利新財團，即使交通部再三解釋全民獲利，也未被接受。
