男神李敏鎬近日忙著宣傳新片《江南1970》，針對最近常被報導臉很腫以及整形傳聞，他笑說完全不在意這些傳聞，並澄清自己真的沒有整形，笑說要大家看看他的畢業照，外表絕對是天生的沒動手腳。

李敏鎬接著說道：「以前很懶惰保養皮膚，有時會長達7、8個月沒去皮膚科保養，但最近開始有比較在意了。」儘管如此，自己的臉還是很容易浮腫，他無奈表示只要臉一腫，就會被人說打了肉毒，或是被嫌胖，他也自嘲自己早晚看起來都不一樣。（陳薈涵／綜合報導）
