針對名嘴胡忠信公開指稱國民黨在2012年總統大選後，有6億元以政黨外交名目匯往國外且流向不明，他質疑總統馬英九以人頭帳戶進行海外洗錢？對此，國民黨文傳會副主委兼發言人陳以信8日嚴正駁斥，強調絕無此事，他並要求胡忠信公布證據，否則將採取法律行動。

陳以信說，6億元不是一筆小數目，一定會留下銀行資料，匯出台灣的證據根本跑不掉。他強調，別說只是2012年，馬總統自接任國民黨主席以來，從來不曾做過這件事。他要求胡忠信切莫空口說白話，利用影射方式規避言責。

陳以信指出，事實上國民黨每年度收支，都列在政黨財務決算書中，經過會計師簽證與中常會核定後，向內政部進行申報，所有資料都在網路上公開。尤其2008年、2012年兩次總統大選補貼款共約4.3億元，也全數由國民黨領取，列入年度黨務經費支用，相關帳目在財務決算書中都可以查到。

陳以信說，請胡忠信直接向司法機關與社會大眾，公開指控證據與消息來源，國民黨光明磊落，不怕大家來查，而胡忠信也必須對自己言論負起法律與社會責任。
