台南地檢署檢方在今（8）日下午突然大動作持搜索票對台南市議會發動搜索，除了搜索議長李全教和多名議員辦公室外，搜索後更將議長李全教直接帶回偵訊；據了解，疑似和李全教所涉及的賄選案有關。目前偵訊仍持續進行中。

針對涉及賄選案一事，李全教在競選總幹事黃澄清及李姓、康姓2位樁腳，被依賄選罪起訴後，曾鄭重否認遭起訴者是他的樁腳，同時強烈質疑黃澄清是落入對方圈套。

不過檢方調查結果卻發現，李全教在競選台南市議員期間，其競選總部總幹事黃澄清，為了替李全教打贏選戰，在2014年8月中旬時，曾以發放「工作費」的名目，交付30萬現金給樁腳李麗華，並交代以每戶5千元代價，在其選區買票。而李麗華在同意後，還將其中6萬元賄款和選民名單，交給康清良協助買票；因此，認定涉賄嫌疑重大。。
