LOL沒爆PING但是延遲!!!

請問一下，每次我玩LOL時，
FPS和PING都很正常
FPS約60~70，而PING是穩定32
但是都會突然延遲，
給個例子:
插眼插不下去，我用一般施法也是一樣
技能放不出來，有時按好幾次也一樣
走路時突然停住，英雄的腳有在走，但是是在原地走，卡個大約2秒又好ㄌ
回程時動畫已經跑完，但英雄還卡在原地，也是大概過1~2秒才回程
死亡時，倒數秒數，每次都卡在零秒無法復活，這個情況比較嚴重一點
我每次玩都有認真看我的PING，延遲時PING也一樣維持在32

到底是怎麼ㄌ??

我電腦有超頻
處理器是 Celeron E3400
時脈是2.87
外頻是240，倍頻是12
請問延遲的狀況跟超頻有關嗎??
