關於microsoft visual Basic 2010的問題

我安裝了這個程式想要練習，可是我開新專案後，卻是種藍色畫面，我按了Form1.vb，它卻跑出一個視窗說 "沒有編輯器可以使用，請確定已經安裝檔案類型(vb.)的應用程式"

這是怎麼回事?請大大告訴我解決方法呀！禮拜一要考試，需要這個程式練習呀！
