林姓男子涉嫌利用電腦網路供他人下單簽賭六合彩，豐原警分局大雅分駐所接獲線報，持搜索票前往其住處搜索，現場電腦網路螢幕畫面正供不特定人下注簽賭；林嫌見事跡敗露，坦承從事六合彩簽賭情事，警方依賭博罪嫌逮捕並將他移送法辦。

豐原警分局大雅分駐所於26日下午6點10分許，接獲線報持搜索票前往臺中市西區存中街一處民宅3樓執行搜索，查獲這起網路簽賭案。林嫌(33歲、公共危險、賭博前科)於警訊筆錄中，坦承從今年1月1日開始經營地下六合彩賭博，平時在臺中市西區存中街利用電腦網路供不特定人下注簽賭以獲不法利益。

林嫌供稱，經營簽賭的方式有2星、3星、4星、正碼(俗稱坐全車)、特碼(俗稱特別號)，共5種玩法任賭客利用網路下注，依每期之香港六合彩（每星期2、4、6開獎）彩球1至49號所開出的6個號碼做為中獎依據。

林嫌並坦承經營六合彩簽賭至今，每期簽注金額約20萬元，至今獲利約10多萬元，林嫌於警訊後依法偵辦，復有現場搜索扣押電腦簽單、螢幕、主機可資佐證，全案依刑法賭博罪，移送台中地檢署偵辦。
