Lamigo桃猿開季先發投手輪值預定洋投賈希亞、蘭斯佛與本土投手王溢正、林柏佑，僅剩第5號先發未確定，投手教練吳俊良表示，預計許銘傑、曾孟承和林樺慶爭最後一席。

14日對戰中信兄弟，桃猿推出賈西亞先發，接下來17日的熱身賽，吳俊良表示，預計推出許銘傑先發，屆時將觀察狀況。

另外2月11日遭到強襲球K中手肘的林樺慶一個月後歸隊，吳俊良指出，目前林樺慶練習都在「狀況內」，雖然趕不上開季，但有望在4月底歸隊。

林樺慶是桃猿第2輪指名球員，去年9月28日一軍初登板，對中信兄弟投6局僅失1分，自責分率1.50，總教練洪一中寄予厚望。

桃猿洋將今年維持2先發1救援，亞力士擔任終結者，後援佈局不會有太大變化，黃偉晟第7局、陳禹勳一樣投第8局。
