有關於電腦硬碟重組磁碟機檔案

因為家中電腦已經買了3年左右，一直都有在整理，

只是之前上課有聽到一種說法就是電腦資料的刪除，

雖然刪除但是原有的儲存空間就不會再使用，

會使用下一個空間，那是不是透過重組磁碟機檔案

就可以把那些空間再釋放出來繼續使用?

另外重組碟磁機檔案，大概要多少的時間?
