中市A-bao美村店三食材不合格

台中市衛生局會同行政院消保處稽查連鎖早餐店食材，發現A-bao中市美村店使用的蛋，動物用藥乃卡巴精0.03ppm，依現行法規不得檢出；另外店內原味雞腿吐司和蛋奶素三明治的大腸桿菌群超標。。

石姓業者說，A-bao美村店是加盟店，總公司列出優質的蛋廠名單，供各加盟店選擇，店內使用的食材都很謹慎，為消費者安全把關，蛋品符合新鮮、通過CAS（台灣優良農產品發展協會）專業認證，但本月初，蛋品仍被驗出含動物用藥乃卡巴精，業者在接獲通知後，立即更換蛋廠，改由另一家神崗蛋廠供應，並主動將店內使用的蛋定期驗，檢驗報告張貼在店門口，讓消費者安心。

業者指出，店內原味雞腿吐司和蛋奶素三明治的大腸桿菌群超標部分，是預做商品出問題，店內在接到檢驗報告後，所有商品改為現點現做。
