1.遠通贏了,因為感謝高公局.錢都罰不了.鄉民想鬥.......你想太多了.

2.收到的錢變少了

我不知道現在流量多少.
但是..直覺上目前流量跟一開始少20%~30%,不知能否...支撐的了..過去的高收費成功率???
應該是E-tag的收費儲值通知..打趴一群人吧!!

整體來說.......
1.人民..呕翻了(去走平面吧),很多人被小錢收怕了!!
2.國家少收錢(車流變少)
3.遠通笑呵呵(1X億照收)

所以...
根本沒啥事

現在流行玩甚麼???..小鴨???拉吉???

千仟萬萬記的...每個月去清一次款!!!
