北京大學國家發展研究院副院長黃益平今天說，房地產是中國大陸當前最大的經濟與金融風險，而地方債務風險仍然存在。

中新社報導，由大陸宜信財富主辦的「2014財富管理名家論壇」今天在廣州舉行，黃益平在會中作上述表示。

黃益平指出，過去大陸經濟成長模式有兩大特點，一是「高速成長」，二是「嚴重失衡」。現在，大陸經濟逐步打破這兩種模式，正從「經濟奇蹟」回歸到常規發展。

他表示，大陸經濟發展回歸常規化的新特點是經濟成長相對放慢、通膨壓力相對升高、收入分配開始改善、產業升級不斷加快。但這一階段的經濟週期，也會顯得更加動盪。

黃益平說，大陸當局正實施「微刺激」或定向寬鬆政策，力圖把經濟成長穩定在7.5%左右。至於房地產是大陸當前最大的經濟和金融風險，同時還存在地方債務風險。(中央社)
