中共內蒙古自治區紀律檢查委員會今天公布，前呼和浩特市市長湯愛軍涉嫌嚴重違紀違法問題，目前正接受組織調查。

新華社報導，湯愛軍1950年出生，從1名內蒙古運輸公司工人做起，歷任（中共）內蒙古自治區突泉縣縣委副書記及縣長、內蒙古自治區政府副秘書長、中共呼倫貝爾市市委副書記及市長、中共呼和浩特市委副書記及代市長等職。

中共幾年來致力打貪，湯愛軍並非首名被調查的內蒙官員。

前中共內蒙古自治區黨委常委、前統戰部部長、前呼和浩特市副市長王素毅因收賄人民幣1073萬元（新台幣5205萬元），遭北京市第一中級人民法院判處 無期徒刑，剝奪政治權利終身，並沒收個人全部財產。(中央社)
