疑債務糾紛 嘉義凌晨槍響一人傷

嘉義縣朴子市綽號鳳梨的劉姓男子（40歲），昨天深夜11時30分許，在住家遭10多人持球棒猛砸，當時在屋內綽號「大目仔」的柯姓男子（43歲），為保護劉男，掏出手槍誤擊當時也在屋內的林姓友人。

警方獲報後趕往現場蒐證，現場找到3枚克拉克手槍彈殼，調查後發現雙方疑因債務糾紛衝突，目前逮到柯嫌，傳喚劉男製作筆錄。

醫院在林男的肩胛骨找到一枚彈頭，無生命危險，警方正調查嘉義地區黑幫涉案人身分，今早繼續偵訊劉姓及涉嫌開槍柯姓男子。
