超車糾紛　駕駛倒退乘隙逃離

新北市1名35歲從事房仲業王姓男子，21日上午10時許，開車行經台64線高架道路，從新莊往新店方向行駛，在高架橋上與一輛小貨車發生超車糾紛，隨後小貨車駕駛不滿，居然在高架橋上蛇行攔阻，並強迫王男車輛停下，小貨車駕駛隨即下車朝王先生車輛拍打引擎蓋，並拉扯後照鏡。
 
當下王男見狀立即將車輛倒退行駛，再往道路縫隙逃離現場，不料又遭小貨車駕駛補踢上一腳，造成左後方板金凹陷，隨即王男加速逃離現場報案提告，也將這段行車紀錄器影片PO上網，告知網友小貨車駕駛惡行惡狀。
 
王男表示，事發當下真的很緊張，邊打電話報案求救，一邊又要開車逃離，平時才會在新聞裡看見，居然這種事也會發生在他身上，讓他覺得真的很扯，事後也到警局裡報案提告小貨車駕駛，恐嚇、毀損及公共危險。
 
警方對此表示，報案者已經提供相關資料影像，確定小貨車駕駛有做出不當行為，已經函送通知小貨駕駛到案說明，問訊後將依公共危險及恐嚇、毀損移送法辦。（施昂強／新北報導）
