中國時報【蕭婷方╱台南報導】 「台南人僥燉補，將軍人僥做補」取材當地的養身飲食習慣，台南市將軍區是南台灣第一長壽村，平均壽命遠高於國人76歲平均壽命，雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處說，將軍長壽村無汙染的生活環境與傳統飲食是關鍵。 將軍區特產虱目魚、紅蘿蔔、蒜頭等有機、無毒的農漁特產，配合節令以漢方浸泡藥酒補品來進補，管理處表示，將軍區居民會使用西南濱海鹹淡水交界的土龍來做藥酒，由於土龍對生活環境挑剔且無法人工養殖，所以產量稀少，長久以來只有沿海居民會以土龍入酒，這可能是長壽的祕訣之一。 http://ppt.cc/~GvS -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.221.136 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1408808458.A.B48.html
