請問手機桌面的APP程式為何無故重覆產生?

請問大家：

小弟家人有一支手機
型號：TaiwanMobile A8
這支手機是長輩使用，所以除了LINE、降雨警報器之外，
其餘都是原廠APP，但不知何原因，LINE或降雨警報器，
偶爾會無故產生重覆的捷徑在桌面上，而且若以長按捷徑2秒的方式，
試圖刪除捷徑，則會將該APP程式整個移除!

雖然只要重新安裝APP程式又可正常使用，
但每次都要重新安裝，也麻煩!
所以想請問大家有遇過這個現象嗎? 如何解決呢?
