如何修改linux底下text mode的頻率

原本我使用的monitor是支援640*480 75hz，並且使用在Cenots 6.4，但最近換了一台monitor 只支援640*480 60hz。我現在使用Cenots 6.4在 console mode時，會沒有影象輸出，請問各位大大可任何方法可以調整Cenots os的垂直頻率嗎 ???
