拖吊到修理場加鐵鍊要加錢?

車子發電機故障，叫了信用卡的道路救援服務，準備拖到修理廠進行維修。
來了全鋒的拖吊車，車子前輪上了托架後，拖吊車司機說上高速公路要加
鐵鍊，要不然車子掉下來，車主要負責任。

我就想說好，安全一點也好，沒想到司機只是拿了條鐵鍊在我車子的輪軸
和拖架上繞了幾圈，這樣就要多收我500元。

車子修好回家後，越想越不對，以前車子也拖吊去維修過，當時怎麼沒有
這種項目，更何況拖吊車司機本就有責任把車子固定好，怎麼會有車主要負責的
說法，還要車主額外給錢去固定車子。

問問大家的經驗，這合理嗎?
