生產「曼秀雷敦」的製造商台灣東洋公司前董座林榮錦被控掏空，他日前以500萬元交保，還加碼2000萬元換取解除限制出境出國6天，12日搭機回到台灣，13日下午赴北檢報到出庭，檢方認為案情尚未釐清，因此重新對林榮錦限制出境。

台灣東洋公司現任董座蕭英鈞檢舉林榮錦未經公司同意，就將東洋研發的乳癌、卵巢癌等癌症製藥技術，授權給瑞士一間公司，使得東洋無法使用該項製藥技術，損失至少4億元，而檢調也懷疑瑞士這間公司就是由林榮錦投資。

林榮錦8日依違反《證交法》等罪，諭令500萬元交保，並加保2000萬元，換取解除限制出境6天。林榮錦13日下午赴北檢報到出庭，他表示，日前是為了到大陸處理年終事項開會，才會請求解除限制出境，於12日搭機回台。

檢方認為案情尚未釐清，重新對林榮錦限制出境，並發還2000萬元。
