日本確認　自衛隊可助打「伊斯蘭國」

日本政府今天(6日)舉行內閣會議，討論集體自衛權是否適用於如極端組織「伊斯蘭國」(IS，前稱ISIL「伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國」)這類不被承認是「國家」的武裝組織，並通過了一份政府答辯書。

在答辯書中，當局認為雖然日本不承認「伊斯蘭國」是一個國家，但是集體自衛權也適用。根據此一解釋，日本自衛隊可以協同美國等國軍隊，對伊斯蘭國發動軍事行動。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
