拍賣遭到疑似詐欺因為詐欺金額不大不知道要不要報案

跟賣方下單加上匯款完是12/23的事情
對方答應10~21天會寄到商品
但到了預定的出貨期時間1/14也未出貨
看賣方的評價紀錄才發現很多買方也都有跟我相同的情況
和賣方追貨追不到於是溝通請賣方退款
給了2/6號前退款的期限但到現在也仍未收到退款
有跟165連絡過
匯款明細有留著
溝通紀錄也有留著
可是這次的糾紛金額只有500元
很猶豫要不要報案
於是來這裡詢問大家的看法
