金飾業雙屍命案 凶嫌遭求死刑

（中央社記者張榮祥台南6日電）台南市中西區新美街96年發生金飾業者遭刺殺2死命案，嫌犯邱鼎淯直到去年10月被逮，台南地檢署今天偵結，求處死刑。

中西區新美街2007年4月發生金飾業者陳東枝及會計李恒霜被殺，在金飾業轟傳一時；陳東枝被刺11刀，李恒霜被刺16刀。

警方去年9月接獲檢舉，去年10月逮捕凶嫌邱鼎淯（原名邱明輝），事隔7年才破案。

檢方指出，邱鼎淯也是金飾業者，和陳東枝原本認識，犯案當天，邱鼎淯拿一批飾金到陳東枝處賣得新台幣3萬多元，但邱鼎淯因負擔沈重，又疑因賣二手飾金時，常被陳東枝刁難及冷嘲熱諷，才侵入殺害陳東枝及李恒霜。

南檢認為邱鼎淯逃逸7年，毫無悔悟之心，以強盜殺人罪起訴，求處死刑。1040206
