新北市一名女房東張淑晶，遭多名房客指控涉嫌恐嚇取財等罪，18日晚間遭檢方聲押禁見，最後法官裁定無保請回，當庭釋放。不過現在有鄰居又出面爆料，指張女很喜歡蒐集二手家電，翻修之後給房客使用，甚至拿往生者床墊給房客睡，鄰居痛批：「真的很黑心！」

張女因被房客爆料訂下苛刻的不平等租約，還以各種名目向房客索取高額賠償，若房客不配合就會以提告恫嚇，根據《蘋果日報》報導，19日有鄰居出面爆料，常常看見張女蒐集二手家電，包括冰箱、床墊、洗衣機，再翻修後供給房客使用。

鄰居說，有次更誇張，其他鄰居過世，對方的家人就將往生者床墊搬出來，放在路邊等清潔隊回收，沒想到張女竟將床墊回收整理，再運到自己的出租套房，將死人的床給房客睡，
