香港白皮書　港特首：高度自制與中央無矛盾

針對中國國務院最新發表的白皮書，香港特區政府行政長官梁振英，今天(10日)下午做出回應，當被問到中共中央明言「高度自治」是「中央給多少，香港就有多少」，是否代表高度自治名存實亡，梁振英表示，高度自治在《基本法》下已十分清晰，這與中央在港行使管治權並無矛盾。

梁振英特別強調白皮書的結語，提到「不斷豐富和發展一國兩制在香港的實踐，是中國夢重要組成部分」，認為就是要將一國兩制提升至另一層次，並肯定一國兩制對實現中國夢有著積極意義。

梁振英指白皮書內容十分豐富，不斷將多個部分的內容原文讀出，稱全都十分重要，對香港民眾深入認識一國兩制有著積極作用。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
