【更新】張忠謀：全球經濟像陰天　但也沒下雨

台積電（2330）董事長張忠謀今在運動會後針對全球經濟前景表示，全球經濟目前看起來並不是那麼光明，陰陰的但也沒有下雨。

現在美國經濟表現最好，日本看起來是不太行，安倍首相曾經1年推出3支箭，第1、2箭疲乏了，尤其是消費稅對經濟不好，第3箭也好像不太行了。
 
歐洲最近最為不好消息是德國經濟下來，歐盟看起來不太好，中國今年經濟成長約7.5%，台灣經濟則是要看要別的國家，不會太好。因此，全球經濟再混下去、再混幾年，這樣也沒有不好，有時要接受陰天的時間要久一點。（蕭文康／新竹報導）
