如題 這個禮拜在辦公室裡每天都吹著冷氣
都吹到我皮膚超乾的
就連喝水也都沒什麼效果
聽說可以在辦公室裡放瓶薇姿的溫泉水
在皮膚乾燥時噴一下就會比較好
不知道這樣子真的有效嗎?
