標題[請益] 銀行房貸成數

小弟是首購, 剛開始作功課, 我有自備款300, 想買1500的成屋, 所以要貸款1200, 後來看了幾家銀行網頁,

http://ppt.cc/cWjY (土地銀) 都只願意給貸200, 那是否代表小弟要跟6家銀行辦貸款? 如果是找房仲, 他們是否有能力讓 單獨一家銀行給貸1200? 謝謝 --
