退稅的卡被盜刷

退稅的卡被盜刷 - 2014-10-09, 21:02

前兩天剛從法國回來,那時部分退稅選擇退到永豐的信用卡
可是永豐今天打電話跟我們說昨天有五筆國外網路消費
我們確定是被盜刷了,所以就掛失了卡片
但是這樣一來退稅的款項就不知道怎麼辦了
請問有人遇過類似的問題嗎？
是要聯絡退稅公司還是商家呢？
退稅公司應該是還沒收到我們的退稅單,也不知道何時會收到
另外恐怖的是我們已經很久沒刷這張卡了,應該有半年以上
這次也只有要退稅時拿出來給商家看而已
一間是chanel,一家是city pharma藥妝店
並沒有在法國用這張卡消費
永豐是說可能跟這次法國行無關,
但是會那麼巧嗎？
但如果有關的話表示連退稅到信用卡都會有被盜刷的風險？！
請知道如何處理的人幫幫忙吧
