[問題] 老街溪整條河都是死魚

今天在老街溪附近的公園(河川教育公園??)運動時

發現整條河從舊SOGO2館到南區活動中心這段沿岸全都是死去的魚屍

請問有人知道是發生什麼事了嗎?
