雙週拋想換戴日拋要注意什麼？

本來習慣戴雙週拋
覺得比較省錢
但後來發現大概第二個禮拜就好不舒服
最後也都提早換掉了…囧
加上保養液可能也沒比較省

所以想說換日拋
請問大家挑日拋的時候有沒有要特別注意什麼？含水量？
以及想趁機會換放大片看看，想戴比較深色系的或深灰色的
請大家推薦，謝謝
