麵糊比例一樣但是量變少或變多了，火力會有影響嗎？

我想要做小小的蛋糕，但是上網查食譜他都給我固定的材料的量，例如:麵粉100克、牛奶50克之類的。但我要做小的，所以我就都把它除以2，變麵粉50克、牛奶25克。本來火力例如180，麵糊調出來比例一樣，但是量變少了，火力會有影響嗎？
還是火力不變，時間縮短就好？？還是都變？？還是都不變？？
