超商炒麵量販店麵包　用到南橋油

針對桃園衛生局查獲南僑化工以工業用途報關進口牛油、椰子油及棕櫚油，除桃園縣衛生局要求南僑化工將123項產品進行預防性下架，彰化縣衛生局也根據其提供品項名單，透過油品預警機制，清查彰化縣餐盒工廠、中央廚房、油品經銷商、連鎖食品業者及食品工廠等，並未發現餐盒工廠、中央廚房等業者使用上述123項油品。

衛生局長葉彥伯說，目前查到彰化縣大賣場大潤發自製麵包、愛買員林店自製麵包、聯華食品公司供應給統一超商的沙茶牛肉炒麵、鹿港「什倆漉餅店」的鳳黃酥、麥仕佳麵包店部分品項等，使用南僑油品，另還有馥漫麵包彰化店使用南僑酥油、玉峰牌高級雪白乳化油生產螺絲麵包，奶酥起酥，肉鬆起酥；85度C彰化店使用維佳無水奶油生產丹麥波羅，丹麥奶酥波羅、日式奶油花捲，丹麥咖啡波羅等。
 
其中，聯華食品公司在今年9月2日買進5桶頂味牌固型油炸專用油，9月5日以後已改配方。但詳細數量與品項還在清查中，衛生局將要求預防性下架。（鄧惠珍╱彰化報導）
