最近頭很癢.頭髮打結嚴重

頭最近都很癢
有洗頭也還是很養
有人看了一夏我的頭他說很多白白的問我是不是頭皮屑
我說因該不是因為我有用去屑的潤髮乳
他說是頭蝨
回家以後我查了一下頭蝨的資料
發現頭蝨不是白的
也查了一下解決方法
有人說是不是因為洗髮精的問題
我想說可是那個洗髮精我小時候有用過沒有這樣
頭髮打結很嚴重
請問誰可以解答
該如何解決?
