疑似曾加入伊斯蘭國（IS）的1名印度穆斯林青年，最近從敘利亞回到位於西印金融中心孟買附近的老家，被職司反恐的國家調查局留置偵訊中。

「印度新聞信託社」（Press Trust of India）今天報導，22歲的阿瑞夫（Arif Majid）疑似6個月前離開孟買（Mumbai）東郊卡揚（Kalyan）區老家，與伊斯蘭國成員併肩作戰。孟買警方證實，他已自敘利亞返回老家，目前正接受國家調查局（NationalInvestigating Agency）偵訊。

截至目前，當局尚未立案將他移送。

報導說，阿瑞夫跟另外3名年輕穆斯林5月間失蹤。4人中有3位工程師。伊斯蘭國透過網路招兵買馬，網羅他們。
