AOC螢幕調整亮度

我想請問有使用AOC電腦螢幕的大大們,你們螢幕的亮度及對比是調整到哪個數值?

我的螢幕是 E2070Swn 這一款

我發覺在看影片的時候,有些畫面很暗,但調亮又覺得不自然,
而且不看影片的時候,整個畫面又太亮,怎麼調都調不到覺得適合的畫面亮度

所以想請問各位大大們,你們調的亮度是調到多少?
