臉書拒檢方討個資 同業齊聲援

（中央社紐約11日綜合外電報導）社群網站「臉書」（Facebook）抗拒檢方鎖定用戶貼文等資料發出的近400張搜索票，這樣的奮戰今天贏得其他社群媒體公司與公民自由人士支持。

美聯社報導，代表「四方」（Foursquare）、Kickstarter、Meetup、Tumblr的律師今天表示，在這場衝突中，他們想加入的是臉書這一邊。紐約民權聯盟（New York Civil Liberties Union）與美國民權聯盟（American Civil Liberties Union）最近也表示支持臉書。

這些公司認為，檢方發出搜索票向臉書索取好友名單、照片、私人訊息等資料，其中許多是來自沒被指控過、或可能永遠不會被指控的用戶。他們認為，這對數位時代隱私而言，是讓人不安的訊息；臉書也說，過去從未收過這麼多張搜索票。
