韓國觀光公社名譽大使委任儀式在首爾觀光公社舉行，全智賢作為形象大使出席了活動。全智賢表示今後作為名譽宣傳大使定會努力通過電視劇、電影向全世界傳遞韓國的魅力。

人氣劇《來自星星的你》在亞洲各地掀起收視熱潮，更帶動「啤酒+炸雞」、汽車、服裝、飾品等銷售狂潮以及電視劇周邊商品的開發、攝影地觀光等，電視劇結束後的現在也仍為經濟和旅遊業作出巨大貢獻。
