本報訊

F-中租子公司將申請在中國大陸設立金融租賃公司，可望成為大陸首家外資金融租賃公司，這家公司估計資本額高達人民幣1億元。

中租指出，日前與中國昆山市人民政府簽訂戰略性合作框架協定，依據協定內容，昆山市人民政府與中租共同推動向中國大陸相關主管機關申請、於昆山深化兩岸產業合作試驗區設立金融租賃子公司；但這家公司未來的營運範圍將涵蓋全中國。

中租於2005年取得中國大陸第一張全資外資融資租賃執照，這次將透過子公司仲利國際申請金融租賃公司，並爭取於今年底前獲得核可；若順利，屆時也將締造中國大陸首家外資金融租賃公司紀錄。(中央社)
