隨舉一例（假設說）

小張考上台灣大學法律系，全家高興開心歡喜。

小張的舅舅買台機車當作獎勵送小張

小張本人及父母是非常感謝這位舅舅的大方與贈品

小張就去考上駕照，然後天天騎這台機車去上學。

有一天，小張騎車被卡車給撞死了。

請問題主三個問題
一、小張的舅舅有沒有罪！送機車是錯事壞事嗎？
二、小張可不可以怪罪舅舅送他機車！
三、小張的父母可不可以怪罪這位舅舅，都是送機車的錯呢？
