今年雙十國慶酒會，10日於台北賓館隆重舉行，德霖技術學院再次與台北凱撒飯店合作, 選派餐旅系與廚藝系近150名專業服務與廚藝精湛的學生擔任國賓接待、餐飲服務與餐點調理等工作。更精挑12位儀態大方穿著鳳仙裝擔任禮賓金釵，以親切的微笑歡迎所有與會的貴賓，使之留下美好的第一印象。

德霖學院指出，餐旅系大四學生鍾匡杰已分別完成半年的日本及國內實習,大幅增進了專業能力, 對於能有機會參加國慶酒會服務，表示非常興奮；另去年一整年在新加坡的海外實習後,奠定國際烹調觀念,的廚藝系張國威同學說，,雖然壓力很大，但一切的辛苦與努力都值得。

德霖學院表示，學生們對於能有機會在國慶酒會服務，備感榮耀！為了爭取體驗服務各國貴賓的難忘經驗，報名參加甄選的學生趨之若鶩，經過層層嚴格考核，精挑細選出一支專業的服務隊伍，再經過嚴格的餐飲服務、外語、禮儀與儀態、烹調擺盤訓練後，在餐旅系陳文蓉主任與廚藝系葉承欽主任專業領軍下,創造了一場賓至如歸的完美演出。
